PSN BETA FAQ
No PSN beta codes are given by our partners (whether they be US or European retailers!) you need to go to www.assassinscreed.com/vipbeta and redeem your pre-order code. For those that are still not sure it’s easy to tell if you have a PSN beta code or not.
The PSN format is "XXXX-XXXX-XXXX"
While all the Pre order codes for Brotherhood begins by "ACB-" and a series of random letters and numbers
Who is giving me the pre-order code ? I didn’t receive anything!
If you have pre ordered your game with a retailer specifically offering you access to the PS3 beta then you need to get in touch with your retailer to get your pre-order code.
WARNING - Pre ordering a PS3 game doesn’t necessary qualify you to be part of the beta, only some retailers will offer Pre order codes to register to the Beta.
WARNING - Ubisoft will only send the final PSN keys to the people registered on the official website.
I can’t access the "Redeem Code" page after I login or create a Ubi.com account
This one is pretty common and the fix to that is really easy
First please bear in mind that the Beta is limited to people who have access to the PSN. You can find the list of all those countries below.
The way the system detects if you can have access to the "Redeem code" page is very easy No IP detection is involved, the system only looks at the COUNTRY field of your Ubi.com profile!
So if you have created an account without entering their details properly they won’t get access to "redeem code" page and will end up on Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood official website homepage.

I’ve entered 3 invalid pre-order codes and now I can’t login anymore
If for some reason you’ve entered an invalid code 3 times and can’t login anymore then please wait 15 minutes before trying to login again.
My pre-order code is invalid no matter what I try
Please check with your retailer that you have received a correct code.
